Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of data into our systems, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of quality and attention to detail. Identify document types based on provided documentation, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards and adhering to strict data protection protocols. Professionally interact with other staff members as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills. Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, contributing to ongoing quality improvement and innovation. Work until all tasks are completed for the day, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Perform other basic office duties as assigned, maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to multitask and move quickly, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency. Ability to stay focused and on-task, with excellent time management and organizational skills. High attention to detail, with a strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy. Quick learner, with the ability to follow basic or difficult instructions when needed. Required to maintain confidentiality of client data, adhering to strict data protection protocols and HIPAA standards. Must be able to read and speak English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy, with a high level of typing proficiency and accuracy. KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy, with a strong ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management and confidentiality protocols. Knowledge of healthcare process automation and interoperability, with a passion for innovation and improvement. Experience working in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, with part-time and full-time openings available. Full-time positions are preferred, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required. Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday.
