As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, open communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identifying discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer representatives * Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity * Conducting research on complex/escalated concerns and performing testing/validation of new technology augmentations and vendor adjustments * Completing projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account * Interacting with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce * Collaborating with TD Ameritrade Clearing in our daily relationships with fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other outside business partners **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous: * Experience working in the financial industry, particularly in alternative investments * Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 * Familiarity with tax programming and coding * Experience with internal/external system improvements or issues * Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At TD Ameritrade, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
