This role is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships that drive new product selection, competitive pricing, and convenience to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our ecommerce platform and maximize our product selection and customer base. Key Responsibilities Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends and activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts. Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1-3 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in the ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Experience in promoting new products or services into new markets is strongly preferred. Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office applications. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be highly enthusiastic about success and winning. Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 2+ years of ecommerce experience. 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector. 3+ years of direct sales experience.
