As a Part-Time Data Entry & Billing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our billing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Accurate Data Entry**: Enter and maintain accurate data in billing systems and records, ensuring seamless data management and minimizing errors.
* **Invoice Preparation**: Prepare and submit invoices using QuickBooks, ensuring timely and accurate billing to our clients.
* **Service Record Review**: Review service records and ensure all billable items are accounted for, guaranteeing that our clients receive accurate and comprehensive billing.
* **Billing Log Maintenance**: Assist with maintaining billing logs and documentation for auditing purposes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* **Government Form Management**: Use PDF Filer to complete and manage government forms and documentation, leveraging your expertise to streamline our processes.
* **Discrepancy Resolution**: Coordinate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* **Proven Experience**: Proven experience in accurate data entry, with a strong track record of attention to detail and organizational skills.
* **QuickBooks Expertise**: Working knowledge of QuickBooks, with the ability to prepare and submit invoices with ease.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently during evening hours.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDF tools, with experience in using PDF Filer a plus.
