**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. marketing, psychology, sociology) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, research, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data and identify trends and patterns
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
