**Job Summary**

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our market research and product testing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Participating in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, either online or in person
* Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services
* Using products and services provided by our sponsors and partners, and sharing your honest opinions
* Entering data accurately and efficiently, using your keyboard and computer skills
* Following oral and written instructions, and communicating effectively with our team

**Key Responsibilities**

* Participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, either online or in person
* Complete written surveys and provide feedback on products and services
* Use products and services provided by our sponsors and partners, and share your honest opinions
* Enter data accurately and efficiently, using your keyboard and computer skills
* Follow oral and written instructions, and communicate effectively with our team
* Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participate by completing written and/or oral instructions
* Complete written survey provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss BEFORE the meeting date

**Qualifications**

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or webcam on desktop/laptop
* Must have access to high-speed internet
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* Data entry clerk experience is not necessary
* Canada residents only
