Associate Account Manager (US Student Engagement)

AMBOSS is a medical learning and clinical decision support tool dedicated to empowering physicians and medical students. The Associate Account Manager will support the planning and execution of events aimed at engaging US medical students and expanding AMBOSS's presence in the market. Responsibilities Build and maintain a network of student leads to support US Roadshow activities, fostering both new and existing relationships Coordinate virtual school visits and on-site demonstrations by converting student leads into event organizers Strategize, plan, and execute on-site events and webinars to introduce AMBOSS to first- and second-year US medical students Utilize a data-driven and analytical approach to optimize user and revenue growth Collaborate closely with teams, including B2B, Marketing, and Clinicians, to spearhead unified strategies to capture the US market Skills Ideally 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with storytelling Strong analytical skills: ability to methodically collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data in order to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments in a dynamic workplace Familiarity with software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Looker/Metabase, Asana, Google Sheets) is a plus Benefits Employee benefits package Financial, physical, and mental health support Work-life harmony Company Overview AMBOSS is a digital medical knowledge platform providing clinical content for decision-making.
