**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work, showing initiative and a strong sense of urgency
* Managing tasks effectively while multi-tasking and prioritizing your workload
* Reviewing all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy
* Entering information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content
* Reading source documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and entering data in specific data fields using keyboards or scanners
* Comparing data with source documents and utilizing documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and reporting them to supervisors as needed

**Qualifications**

* Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
* Ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information in order to recognize and correct discrepancies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Experience with data entry software and databases
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* Experience in a data entry or administrative role
