Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our Customer Experience Enhancement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through live chat and data entry. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat and data entry, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction Work closely with the application teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging voice of the customer methods to define and transform data within the Cornerstone big data platform Design and build robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling data processing and standardized metric definitions Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case level Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystem Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency Essential Qualifications Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, Development Launch Management, and Troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects for a span of no less than 3+ years Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience with data entry and live chat software, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) systems Knowledge of big data analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
