Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry and Engineering professional to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Assemble large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes Build required infrastructure for the finest extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies Build analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insights into key business performance metrics, such as operational performance and customer acquisition Work with stakeholders, including data, design, product, and executive teams, to assist them with data-related technical issues Generate or adapt tools and technology to serve customer needs May perform other job duties as directed by employee's leaders Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent formal education Advanced-level experience, pro, and specialized expertise in cloud infrastructure, DataLake, ETL, and other relevant technologies Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and ideas concerned with the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models Ability to apply good judgment and reasoning to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Ability to understand the implications of new data for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making Preferred Qualifications Experience with unit testing, code quality tools, CI/CD technologies, security, and container technologies Agile development experience and Agile ceremonies and practices Knowledge of various file types, including Delimited Text, Fixed Width, XML, JSON, and Parquet ServiceBus, setting up ingress and egress within a subscription, or applicable AWS Cloud services administrative experience Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and develop effective solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and resilient approach to work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth, learning, and development. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $137,250 to $152,500 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
