Key Responsibilities

Place outbound customer calls, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to general inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Produce and resolve customer support issue tickets, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed efficiently
Assist in the preparation of all mail linked with the customer support process and handle exclusive administrative tasks, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks
Manage the provider's entrance lobby area, greeting and administering all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and clients, and directing them to their designated offices and meeting rooms
Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, records entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job tasks
Responsible for checking inventory supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and up-to-date
