Job Summary We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers via email, chat, and phone. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information about our products and services, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as needed. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Document customer interactions and update support tickets in the CRM system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed. Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management. Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services. Stay up-to-date with company offerings, policies, and procedures. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed. Preferred Skills While not required, the following skills would be a plus: Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech support. Multilingual abilities.
