Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as remote customer service representatives and product testers. As an In-Home Usage Tester, you will be responsible for testing and providing feedback on various products and services, working 15-25 hours per week with a competitive hourly pay rate of $25-$45 per hour, depending on the project. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with no previous experience required.

Main Responsibilities

Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and more.
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
Participate in private chat rooms or discussions about the product being tested, as required by market research firms.
Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail.
A curious spirit and willingness to learn about new products and services.
Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine.
Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
