Qualifications and Requirements

Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions clearly

A demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop and enhance strong customer relationships
Strong skills in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple programs and utilizing online resources to complete customer requests
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred but not required

To perform this role, you'll need:
High-speed broadband internet service, with a minimum download speed of 100MB and upload speed of 10MB
An internet provider-supplied modem/router/gateway, hardwired to the arenaflex-issued computer with an Ethernet cable
