Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight status, baggage inquiries, and other general inquiries. Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as per their requirements. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-call resolution. Provide information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures to customers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and issues. Utilize computer systems and navigate multiple applications simultaneously to provide effective support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others and providing exceptional support. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.
