Job Summary We are seeking highly skilled and motivated remote customer service representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support and solutions to our diverse customer base. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.70 per hour and opportunities for career growth and development. Key Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Processing billing calls and investigating meter read and other requests related to billing accuracy or payment Handling emergency calls and providing timely and effective support to customers Processing customer move-ins, adds, and transfers, and providing updates on service orders Routing escalated customer issues for resolution and making referrals to special programs as necessary Assisting customers with credit and payment arrangements and directing them to self-service channels Meeting individual deadlines, metrics, and team goals, and working cooperatively in a group environment to achieve common objectives Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent At least one year of customer service experience Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems The ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute Solid written and verbal communication skills To be at least 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 2-3 years of call center experience 2-5 years of previous customer service work-from-home experience Utility experience Advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems The ability to type 60-65 words per minute Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support.
