About the Role: Clinical Support Services Agent As a Clinical Support Services Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer care and support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Your primary responsibility will be to receive initial calls, gather information, and relay it to our team of clinicians. You'll be working with patients from home hospice, home health, home infusion agencies, and medical providers across the country, making every interaction count. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from patients and their families, providing empathetic and professional support Gather information from callers and relay it to our team of clinicians in a timely and accurate manner Utilize strong customer service skills to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues in a professional and composed manner Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and organization Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your customer care skills and knowledge of our services Collaborate with our team of clinicians and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of care Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
