The role focuses on campaign execution, audience engagement, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and consumer loyalty.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day Organic Social and CRM communications calendars and campaign execution across multiple product categoriesDevelop consumer-centric content strategies aligned with integrated marketing initiatives and social trendsDrive CRM campaign optimization through audience segmentation, A/B testing, data analysis, and performance modelingCollaborate with corporate marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with governance processes and receive proper visibility across shared channelsPartner with agencies and internal stakeholders to execute Social, Influencer, and CRM campaigns accurately and on scheduleQA campaign assets, trafficking sheets, URLs, and creative deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign objectivesManage social content calendars, influencer product requests, and campaign timelines with contingency planning when neededMaintain marketing documentation including campaign trackers, reporting, calendars, and finance updatesShare campaign insights, social content, and monthly marketing updates with internal stakeholdersCollaborate with Digital, Brand Experience, IMC, and Product Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and optimized customer experiencesServe as a subject matter expert for managed channels and collaborate with global teams on content and feedback needsSkillsStrong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and ThreadsExperience managing Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and CRM campaigns in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of CRM and audience management tools, including Adobe Campaign Manager, JIRA, Confluence, and related platformsExperience With Sprinklr Reporting And Community Management CapabilitiesStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience managing agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and adapt quickly to changing business prioritiesGlobal marketing experience preferred but not requiredStrategic thinker with strong business acumenSelf-starter focused on driving consumer engagement and brand loyaltyCompany OverviewEktello provides professional recruitment, employment and staffing services for the advertising, digital, marketing and IT sectors.
