Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills and qualifications that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service. These include: A High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in customer service or related fields being a plus. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry, although not essential.
