Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service representative to join our remote customer care team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from store partners, creating tickets for support and follow-up purposes, and conducting basic investigations. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will enable you to provide top-notch support to our store partners and contribute to the success of our team.
