Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and Allstate products to provide top-notch advice.
Requirements
Must hold an active insurance property and casualty license (or be willing to obtain one).
Proven sales experience with a strong ability to build client relationships and close sales.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing the best solutions for clients.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple leads and clients efficiently.
Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems and other communication tools.
