About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy, and provide personalized support to our customers
Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers, both verbally and in writing
Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills to resolve customer issues
Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques
Be proactive, with effective time management and organizational skills, and a solid attendance record
Maintain a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions, with a reliable private internet connection


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and embrace change


Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
