Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
Interpret authority guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times
Provide assistance to troubled passengers and clients
Protect company properties and revenue
Ensure a safe travel experience for our customers
Possess the physical ability and dexterity to perform various job-related tasks
Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period
Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision
Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations
Follow internal and external regulations and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
Ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security areas (SIDA), if applicable
Ability to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis

Previous experience in customer service or a related field
