Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through online chat channels, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently from a home office, with flexible scheduling options and a self-motivated approach
Familiarity with online chat platforms and social media, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required, with a focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
