**Key Responsibilities:**

* Understand and implement inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
* Take all overflow inbound service calls, ensuring that all calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist customers with appointment scheduling, providing a seamless and hassle-free experience.
* Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience is exceptional, and customer needs are met.
* Maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems, technologies, and marketing campaigns to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
* Stay informed about manufacturer updates and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in phone and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
* Professional and polite demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success.
