This is not a cold-calling sales job – we work exclusively with warm leads and members who have already requested benefits information. As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you will receive hands-on training, a proven support system, and the opportunity to earn six figures within your first year – all from the comfort of your home. **What You’ll Do** • Conduct virtual consultations with union members and working-class families via Zoom to understand their needs and provide personalized benefit options • Present benefit options tailored to each client’s needs, including life, health, accident, and income protection plans • Educate clients on the features and benefits of our union-backed life and supplemental health benefits • Provide top-tier customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention • Maintain accurate records using a CRM platform to track client interactions and progress • Collaborate with team leaders and participate in weekly performance meetings to stay informed and aligned with team goals • Grow into leadership roles with mentorship and guidance, including Lead and Manager positions in as little as 6-12 months **Compensation & Benefits** • $60,000 to $150,000+ annually (uncapped commission + performance bonuses) • Full training and licensing support to ensure your success in the role • Weekly bonuses and monthly incentive trips to recognize and reward your achievements • Lifetime residual income on closed accounts, providing a steady stream of income for years to come • Flexible hours – create your own schedule to balance work and personal life • Fast-track promotion structure, with opportunities to advance to leadership roles quickly • 100% remote – work from anywhere in the U.S. and enjoy the freedom and flexibility that comes with it **Who We’re Looking For** We hire for attitude and coachability – no experience in insurance or sales is required.
