Accounts Payable/ Invoice Reconciler

Job Title: Invoice Reconciler 2 #1004956
Job Duration: 6+ months contract role with possible extension
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $23.5-$25/hr.
Summary:
The Invoice Reconciler reviews invoices, purchase orders, and financial records to make sure everything is accurate and follows company policies. This role involves finding and fixing invoice issues, working with vendors and internal teams, and keeping records organized.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Review invoices, purchase orders, and receipts for accuracy.
ā¢ Check pricing, quantities, and payment terms, and resolve any issues.
ā¢ Work with vendors and internal teams to fix invoice discrepancies.
ā¢ Process approved invoices for payment on time.
ā¢ Keep accurate and organized financial records.
ā¢ Prepare reports on invoice activities and outstanding payments.
ā¢ Follow up on unpaid invoices to ensure timely payment.
ā¢ Suggest process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent (accounting education is a plus).
ā¢ 5ā10 years of invoice reconciliation or related experience.
ā¢ Good understanding of accounting and invoice processing.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
ā¢ Good communication and teamwork skills.
ā¢ Experience with invoice processing software and MS Office.
ā¢ Comfortable working with numbers and detailed tasks.
ā¢ Training period of 3ā6 months.
ā¢ Curious, detail-focused individuals will do well in this role.
