**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them to create personalized itineraries, and ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. You'll work closely with our team to foster a positive and professional attitude, and you'll be expected to embody our company's mission and values. **Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Care Agent, your responsibilities will include:

* **Exemplifying arenaflex's Core Values and Mission Statement**: You'll be expected to live out our company culture by embodying our core values and mission statement in all your interactions with clients and colleagues.
* **Fostering Teamwork**: You'll collaborate with and help teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring that our team is cohesive and supportive.
* **Surprising and Delighting Clients**: You'll innovate ways to surprise and delight our clients, ensuring that their travel experiences are exceptional and memorable.
* **Responding to Client Requests and Questions**: You'll respond promptly and professionally to client requests and questions, providing accurate and helpful information.
* **Applying for Payments and Sending Out Payment Reminders**: You'll apply for payments and send out payment reminders in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Managing Flight Changes and Seat Assignments**: You'll manage flight changes and seat assignments with ease, ensuring that our clients' travel plans are seamless and enjoyable.
* **Concierge-Related Details**: You'll assist with concierge-related details, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
* **Corresponding with Clients**: You'll correspond with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure.
* **Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips**: You'll prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copies, advising on what should be printed, etc. no later than 3 weeks before departure.
* **Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status in Cloud-Based CRM**: You'll update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date.
* **Setting Schedules and Managing Time Effectively**: You'll set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
* **Managing Client Profiles and Bookings**: You'll manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring that our clients' travel plans are seamless and enjoyable.
* **Serving as Backup Travel Support/Main Point of Contact**: You'll serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which can occur outside of normal office hours.
* **Continuing to Grow in Savvy and Proficiency**: You'll continue to grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools to heighten our remote workplace culture.
