Checking work process reports to ensure required data is available
Requesting any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
Outputting, printing, and listing reports
Planning correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
Maintaining departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
Monitoring supply stock or arranging supplies as needed
Assisting other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis
Qualifications and Requirements

Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
No prior work experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential
