As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of careerzynith's customer service team, providing support and sales assistance to customers through live chat services. You'll work with a variety of eCommerce businesses, including online clothing stores and sunglasses retailers, helping customers find what they're looking for and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance through live chat services
* Assist customers who are actively seeking to make a purchase, eliminating the need for cold-calling or high-pressure tactics
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* Average response time: 30 seconds or less
* First contact resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
* Sales conversion rate: 20% or higher
* Customer satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
**Requirements**
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
* Basic English writing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
