Requirements

Assisting customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations.
Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines’ policies, procedures, and promotions.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Recording and documenting customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
