Job Summary: As a Remote Chat Consultant at Workwarp, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues via chat, email, and phone. Under the supervision of our experienced Chat Manager, you'll work closely with our Processing Department team to resolve customer concerns, drive sales growth, and promote our brand in a positive and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Handle incoming sales and customer service-related chats, emails, and phone calls, focusing on resolving customer issues on the first attempt. Sales and Upselling: Utilize salesmanship to maximize sales opportunities, meet sales goals, and promote our products and services. Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers, providing personalized solutions and ensuring customer retention. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, providing lighting and home dΓ©cor solutions that meet customer needs. Communication and Documentation: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, documenting all interactions and follow-up activities. Escalation and Problem-Solving: Partner with management on escalated customer issues, identifying trends and providing solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality service, adhering to our QA program and implementing improvements as needed. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail experience; call center experience a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate details to customers in a professional and calm manner. Technical Skills: Computer literate, with excellent typing and data entry skills, and the ability to navigate through programs and windows. Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, handling phone calls and typing notes simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions. Availability: Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular job attendance in accordance with a established schedule.
