**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional chat support to our clients using our innovative solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

* Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ years' experience in customer support or IT helpdesk (SaaS/tech preferred)
* Strong written communication and multitasking skills
* Familiarity with POS and CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce)
* A tech-savvy, solution-oriented mindset

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Certification in customer support or IT helpdesk
