You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and expansion, while working closely with our New Sales Team to resolve customer concerns and drive sales. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing expert knowledge about our company, products, and services. Identifying and sending potential leads to our New Sales Team, driving business growth and expansion. Assisting customers in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online , ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. Directing customer tickets to the relevant departments, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up. Collaborating with our New Sales team to resolve customer concerns, provide support, and drive sales. Guiding customers through the ordering process , ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. Participating in comprehensive training and coaching sessions with our Digital New Sales Manager to enhance your skills and performance. Attending weekly staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings to stay informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
