Full Time Shopify Developer for eCommerce Optimization

GWIN & MRCOOL DIRECT are seeking a skilled and reliable Shopify Developer to manage, optimize, and scale our eCommerce websites. This full-time role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a live, accountable environment.Project Scope & Key Tasks:Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and storefronts using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience to improve conversion rates.Implement new features, integrations, and app customizations tailored to business needs.Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues promptly.Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and SEO-optimized.Collaborate closely with the team, including screen sharing during work hours for accountability and real-time problem solving.Maintain consistent availability Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time.Deliverables:Fully functional, customized Shopify stores for GWIN and MRCOOL DIRECT.Optimized site speed and enhanced user experience metrics.Implemented new features and app integrations as per project requirements.Regular updates and bug fixes with documentation.Weekly progress reports and availability for collaboration during scheduled hours.Requirements:Proven experience in Shopify development including Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of Shopify backend, apps, and integrations.Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.Reliable high-speed internet connection.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Dependable and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance.Experience in eCommerce optimization is a strong plus.Compensation & Schedule:Full-time position: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time.Paid weekly via WISE, with pay period Monday–Sunday and pay day every Wednesday.Long-term opportunity for the right candidate.How to Apply:Submit your portfolio or examples of Shopify stores you have developed.Provide a brief description of your experience.Confirm your availability and ability to meet the schedule requirements.If you are a dependable developer who takes ownership and wants to contribute to growing two strong eCommerce brands, we encourage you to apply.
