Job Overview We're on a quest for a full-time Remote Call Center Customer Experience Associate who shares our passion for connectivity and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a remote associate, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, connecting with customers and providing world-class support. Key Responsibilities Act as a real-time troubleshooter for customers, helping them navigate challenges with clarity and professionalism Resolve issues on the first call, ensuring customers never get lost in a frustrating call transfer maze Provide world-class service by assessing customers' needs, suggesting products and services, adjusting billing, and arranging product solutions Think and act in ways that put customers first, exceeding their expectations with world-class customer service Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and promote arenaflex products and services Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services Must live in Wichita, KS, Omaha, NE, OKC, OK, Baton Rouge, LA, Hampton Roads, VA, or a surrounding community within those states Must have a high-speed internet connection available in your home Preferred Qualifications 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change Previous telecommunications experience What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with the best possible tools, technology, and resources to succeed.
