As a Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations by providing exceptional administrative support, data entry services, and customer communication. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to careerzynith teams, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring high levels of quality and attention to detail
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders via email, phone, and other digital channels
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and research
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

* 16 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
* Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
