Address and resolve client issues or concerns about loan accounts, payments, and transactions promptly, escalating complex issues to loan officers and teams as necessary. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in loan services, banking, or financial services.
