You will work closely with our team to resolve member concerns, process requests, and ensure seamless communication. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a meaningful difference in people's lives. **Key Responsibilities** • Receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all relevant information is correct and up-to-date. • Ensure all company procedures are followed, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. • Input accurate trip data into our systems, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing. • Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, meeting or exceeding performance targets. • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution. • Multitask effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems, providing exceptional customer experiences. • Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits. **Requirements** • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) • 0-2 years of related experience in a contact center or customer service environment • 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers • Ability to work independently under general supervision, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to work overtime as required, with a high volume of calls up to 100+ per day **Preferred Qualifications** • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-related industry • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data entry and system documentation • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote CSR at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace that meets our requirements.
