We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on remote data entry and analysis. As a key member of our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group, you will play a crucial role in identifying statistical trends and performance metrics to improve our Quality Control division. Job Overview The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will assist in utilizing data to create, present, and make recommendations for novel ideas and actions, as well as perform in-depth analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process enhancements. These improvements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby providing a competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders. Assist in analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility. Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools supporting the relevant aspects of the analysis to facilitate stakeholder understanding. Assist in creating and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements. Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team. Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and techniques by monitoring for trends and errors. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision. May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to effectively listen to, understand, and communicate ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation materials to groups of varying audiences. Ability to assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot, to summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework experience. Ability to work effectively in a strong support/team-oriented environment. Ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively and be an independent self-starter. Past internship experience in a related field is preferred. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
