Job Summary We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Virtual Testing, Mechatronics Automation Leader to lead our virtual testing efforts and ensure the highest quality standards are met. As a key member of our MSP Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing simulations and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing to validate end-to-end solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and manages simulations and HIL to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, with real-life software Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls and materials development teams Coordinates simulations and testing processes Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree (BS) 7+ years proven experience leading or managing large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration and/or quality assurance domain expertise Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation system, and related automation equipment Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high speed manufacturing Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully What We Offer As a member of our team, you can expect: A competitive salary package, commensurate with experience Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic and collaborative work environment A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package How to Apply If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application via our internal or external career site.
