* Help customers open checking and savings accounts, and maintain their accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Resolve customer disputes and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Refer customers to loan officers or other financial specialists to meet their financial needs.
* Record transactions, count and package currency, and reconcile cash drawers to ensure accuracy and security.
* Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our financial solutions.
* Communicate effectively with other bank team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
* Manage Safe Deposit Boxes, including opening, closing, billing, and granting access to customers.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Prior banking experience is preferred but not required. We're looking for individuals with a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to work with a team and come to work with a positive attitude.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in banking or a related field.
* 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
