You'll be responsible for designing and executing quality assurance plans, conducting testing and analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. If you're a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven professional with a passion for quality assurance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute quality assurance plans to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence * Conduct testing and analysis to identify and address quality issues * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, manufacturing, and production to drive continuous improvement * Develop and maintain specialized archives, formats, and test plans * Research and analyze test failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions * Support warranty claims for internal data and identify potential risks in design and production that could impact customer quality * Work closely with the design team, quality department, manufacturing, and production to ensure seamless execution of quality assurance processes * Perform capability studies, gauge R&R, and drive investigation procedures and quality records * Provide quality assurance during product development, research and development, and manufacturing and production * Stay up-to-date on PPAP, APQP, and other quality approval processes * Audit and execute customer requirements, SOR, or specialized specifications and requirements * Coordinate design and pre-production constructs **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related discipline * 2+ years of experience in QA/QC, approval, testing, and product development * Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and precision **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related discipline * Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 * Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and other quality approval processes * Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) * Experience with testing and analysis tools, such as Minitab or JMP **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and precision * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices * Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 * Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and other quality approval processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
