Be a vital part of our esteemed team as a Bookkeeper! We seek a detail-oriented, friendly individual with a passion for numbers to contribute to our objective of transforming the financial landscape for small business owners.
Compensation: (25-)35 per hour (W-2)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Location: Experience a hybrid work model! Collaborate in our office 2-3 days a week, located in the lively retail sector south of Boston in Norwell, MA, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home on the remaining days.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile, close the month, and analyze financials for approximately 30 small businesses each month, ensuring alignment with your targets.
Deliver exceptional client service with a goal of achieving 5-Star Reviews quarterly.
Take initiative in your responsibilities and utilize feedback to foster your professional growth, guided by your Lead Accountant.
Maintain effective communicationrespond to teammates within 60 minutes and to clients within 24 hours.
Required Skills
A minimum of one year of experience with a strong grasp of fundamental bookkeeping principles.
Proficient expertise in QuickBooks.
Exceptional organizational skills and an affinity for task management.
A keen eye for detail, prioritizing accuracy over speed; take pride in executing tasks correctly.
An approachable and engaging personality who thrives in delivering outstanding experiences.
Qualifications
