**Job Summary**

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Provider Relations Representative to provide dedicated support to designated healthcare providers within our client's network. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for addressing inquiries related to our clients' behavioral and physical health services. If you have prior experience in healthcare customer service, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Provider Relations Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with assigned providers
* Acting as the first point of contact for provider inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their questions
* Interpreting and explaining complex information, proactively following up on inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
* Maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and comments
* Assisting in the preparation and distribution of communication materials, including drafting and sending out written notices
* Collaborating with team members on various projects, providing support as needed to meet team goals
* Performing other tasks as required to support the team's objectives

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or an Associate's degree and 4 years of experience in a healthcare customer service environment
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
* Proficient in general office practices and software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a cooperative work environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with a focus on provider relations
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws, including HIPAA and OSHA
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other healthcare-specific systems
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
