We're now seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Money Tasks and Correspondences team within the Finance organization, working remotely with a competitive salary starting at $35/hour. About the Role As a Program Manager in our Finance organization, you'll play a key role in driving business value by applying tools and methodologies to facilitate highly cross-functional program planning and collaboration on complex projects and initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leaders and influence cross-functional teams to support novel ideas and decisions, while indirectly driving partners and ensuring the program team's strategy is delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Expand business value by applying tools and methodologies to drive highly cross-functional program planning and collaboration on complex projects and initiatives. Deftly adapt to changing needs while continuing to assess the overall health of the program, priorities, and teams. Independently drive alignment across various senior leaders and influence cross-functional teams to support novel ideas and decisions. Supervise the program team strategy and motivate the team in delivering results on time and within budget for the overall program. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience with industry-based project management methodologies and tools. A proven track record of managing complex, large-scale business or IT projects. Strong team assembly and coaching skills. Ability to mentor other project managers in program and project management. General business experience and a long-term degree (PMP certification is preferred).
