About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager - Product Led Growth Services to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing our product delivery and production support strategy for the Your Account application. This application is a game-changer, providing our customers with 24/7 access to manage their accounts, view subscriptions, make purchases, and discover new solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the product roadmap, improving customer experience, and achieving business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive discovery, design, and delivery. Communicate a compelling product vision, goals, and clear product requirements to your scrum team, ensuring everyone is aligned and engaged. Manage the product story backlog, sprint planning, and represent stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria are clear and achievable. Maintain a healthy backlog of user stories for engineering, navigating issues and escalations to resolution, and serving as the single point of information to keep the team focused. Develop and maintain product analytics and business analytics dashboards, evaluating problems, and staying up-to-date with market research and industry best practices. Serve as tier 2 support for customer support case and deal escalations, maintaining internal-use end-to-end product documentation, and monitoring customer community engagement. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 6+ years of relevant experience in product management or a related field. Experience working with global, distributed teams to translate product requirements into epics and user stories. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business leaders. Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly valued: 3+ years of product owner experience. 2+ years of programming experience. E-commerce and/or CRM experience. Experience with product analytics and building dashboards, Scuba, or similar tools. Experience with e-commerce business analytics, Tableau, and/or Salesforce.
