As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Worldwide Controllership Association, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and contributing to the success of our organization. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization's continuous announcing drives, planning and executing detailed investigations of portfolio data, and collaborating with colleagues to drive automation and cycle improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the organization's continuous announcing drives, influencing GTC (obligation, speculation, subsidiary, and supporting exchanges, and AOCI) * Plan and execute detailed investigations of portfolio data imparted to senior initiative, worldwide depository, and reviewer * Support and develop the organization's external detailing prerequisites * Support the continuous undertaking plans for GTC Group * Participate in projects driving automation and cycle improvements * Construct and maintain fruitful collaboration with colleagues, including depository, external detailing, openness, the board, worldwide accounting strategy gathering, legal, and duty * Record methodology and maintain consistency with announcing controls * Support on internal and external review **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in review, accounting, or finance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience or a CPA equivalent * Project management experience an asset * Essential understanding of US GAAP accounting required * Exceptional communication, prioritization, presentation, and hierarchical abilities * Solid logical abilities required * Ability to stir things up and apply an interaction improvement outlook * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Working knowledge of Prophet, Scene, and MS Access, an asset * Experience in depository/depository controllership or potentially information on capital business sectors an asset, but not required **Preferred Qualifications** * Unhitched male's or alternatively graduate degree in accounting or finance * Experience in data entry, accounting, or finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis * Familiarity with financial software and systems, including accounting and financial management systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
