Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Process Improvement team at careerzynith. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate at careerzynith, you'll have the following key responsibilities:


Audit operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and objectives


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following essential qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:


Experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role, preferably in a customer-centric industry
Knowledge of quality management principles and practices (e.g., ISO 9001)
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Certifications in quality assurance or process improvement (e.g., CQA, CQIA)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
