Overview of the role: The SEO Content Manager position requires an experienced professional to develop and execute a world-class content strategy that drives organic growth and enhances our digital presence. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Conversion Optimization, and Content teams to create and implement tactical plans that optimize our web properties, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Key responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Content team to deliver high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our SEO strategy. - Conduct in-depth analysis and research to identify new content opportunities and trending topics. - Perform keyword research to guide content creation and ensure optimal search performance. - Develop and implement strategies for new content campaigns that drive organic traffic and engagement. - Optimize existing content to improve rankings and visibility across search engines. - Create data-driven content plans to attract targeted organic traffic with high conversion potential. - Monitor and analyze site performance, keyword rankings, and traffic trends to identify areas for improvement. - Report on progress and insights to the SEO Director, adjusting strategies to meet evolving business goals. Requirements: - Experience: 5+ years of experience as an SEO Content Manager or in a similar role. - Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably technical, such as STEM or a related discipline). - Technical Skills: Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, and Google Search Console. - Optimization: Expertise in A/B testing and other optimization methods. - Research: In-depth knowledge of research principles and data analysis techniques. - Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency, as we work primarily with US-based clients. - Industry Knowledge: Experience in technology or TECH-related industries is highly preferred.
